After the deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments, to be paid through May 2025. You will be sent a separate invoice for each payment. If you so choose, you may also pay the entire remaining balance due at any time. Any late payments will incur a $50 fee.

Payment of the deposit signifies your commitment to going on this trip. Because of the small nature of the group, and costs associated with booking hotels, tours, and other actives, any cancellations made by the traveler will result in loss of the deposit and other monies paid. However, in the event that not enough slots for the trip are filled for the trip to run, you'll receive your deposit back in full.

Travel insurance with health coverage is required to travel with Roam and Gather. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance with trip cancellation/interruption coverage, as it will be the only way to protect your financial investment should you unexpectedly be unable to travel.

If you’re unable to join the trip, please be aware that cancellations are only accepted in writing at hello@roamandgather.com. If you fail to notify Roam & Gather in writing of your cancellation, you will be required to continue making payments towards your total. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
