After the deposit is paid, 50% of the balance will be due by May 15, and the final remaining balance is due by September 15. You will be sent an invoice for payment closer to the due dates. Travelers who request a single room will be charged an additional $900 (if a single room is available) and will have this amount added to their deposit. The single supplement applies if no appropriate roommate is available.

Payment of the deposit signifies your commitment to going on this trip. Because of the small nature of the group, and costs associated with booking hotels, tours, and other actives, any cancellations made by the traveler after March 15, 2026 will result in loss of the deposit.

Travel insurance with health coverage is required to travel with Roam and Gather.
