Signature Journey Design projects are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for each client. Because this service involves thoughtful research, itinerary development, and dedicated time in my planning schedule, all journey design fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a Journey Profile to complete so I can better understand your travel style and priorities. After reviewing your responses, we will schedule our planning conversation and begin designing your itinerary.

The journey design process includes one round of revisions after you receive the draft itinerary. Additional revisions or significant changes to destination, travel dates, or trip scope may require an additional design fee.
