Travel Advising Booking Policy

For travelers who want clarity, direction, and expert insight as they plan their trip.

This focused session is ideal if you already have ideas in motion but would like guidance refining your plans, choosing neighborhoods, narrowing accommodation options, or thinking through the overall flow of your trip.

Includes:

• pre-session questionnaire

• a 75-minute advising call

• destination and neighborhood guidance

• feedback on accommodations or experiences you’re considering

• answers to your travel questions

• practical suggestions to help you move forward with confidence

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a short questionnaire to complete so I can better understand your travel style and priorities. After reviewing your responses, we will schedule our 1:1 conversation.

Reservation Policy

Travel advising sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for you. Because these appointments require preparation and reserved time on my calendar, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

If you need to adjust your appointment time, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

If a session is missed without notice, the booking will be considered complete and the slot forfeited.
